careful people - research before you repeat: A List of the Books Sarah Palin Wanted Banned from the Wasilla Library...

a little digging is all it takes.  Palin did look into how a person would ban books, and she did ask the head librarian to step down, but she was unsuccessful in both efforts.  there is no list of what she wanted banned.  floating around is a list of books banned at one time or another in the US (source) - i removed it from this very post before reblogging.

celebrate upcoming banned books week, Sep 27 - October 4, by reading something raunchy and donating to your library.  stay sharp, folks.  don’t fall for misinformation.
